Do you mean a source or binary snapshot? If you mean binaries, it's a bit hard to do at SF as there is no Maven there AFAIK.

I mean a source snapshot to skip the random CVS access.

It is generated daily at 0:00am PDT and available at :
http://xdoclet-plugins.sourceforge.net/snapshot.tar.gz

There are a bug for this. If you extract at windows you are lost. I had to copy to my linux machine to decompress it.

Its no sooo important but its a something.
