Validation test sutie delete - does not remove xml files

I was trying to confirm the validaiton error encountered recently on email. It though it may have been due to a lack of validation testsuite xml files.

So after deleting, applying and reloading I found that the files do not get removed from the directory (and show up on the next load, or restart).

BTW: The validation page did not error out when I manuall removed all of the testsuites from the data directory. Way to go david!
