Description

It should be possible for an X10DT project to reference a precompiled X10 library (x10lib) through the properties file, as per the -x10lib <lib.properties> option in x10c/x10c++. The flipside of this would be the ability to create an x10lib from within eclipse as per -buildx10lib.
