X10DT doesn't seem to find existing classes very well

Description

There are several situations in which one must specify an existing class.
These include: creating a new class and giving it a parent class ("Browse" button, then the "Superclass Selection" dialog), and the "Open X10 Type" command. These seem to be aware of library types, but not types that I have defined.
