Description
To reproduce the problem do the following steps:
1. create new workspace
2. create new X10 project (C++ backend) which includes a class Hello
3. create new class named Test (default package)
4. delete the file Test.x10
5. try to create new class named Test
in step 5. the class wizard will show the error message
"Type already exists."
and won't allow the creation of the class.
