X10DT editor: Wrong icon displayed for a file with a compilation error

      Description

      When we first open the workbench and there is a file with a compilation error, its icon does not show this fact (see picture).

          Updated the screenshot to include:

          a) The error log view.
          b) The problem view.

          NOTICE: These two views are present in the same screenshot, but disposed differently than usual. They are both empty.

          Also included the Hello.x10 source containing a single compilation error at line 10.

          As you can see from the snapshot on XTENLANG-412, that scenario also resulted in error squigglies, but no error markers (which would show up in the Problems view), nor a red X on the editor tab icon.

          This makes sense, the error markers drive the selection of the editor tab's icon. See X10LabelProvider.getErrorTicksFromMarkers(), which indirectly calls MarkerUtils.getMaxProblemMarkerSeverity().
