Description
This feature allows the user to place specially-formatted comments (e.g., "// TODO" or "// BUG") in their source, and the X10DT builder creates bookmarks (a kind of resource marker) that show up in the "Tasks" view.
Changes to the X10 2.0 compiler (notably, the removal of the reference to the IPrsStream from the X10 parser) broke this functionality.
Need to reinstate and fix.
