Misleading Javadoc on ReflectionProvider.newInstance() method

The Javadoc currently says:

Creates a new instance of the specified type using the default (null) constructor.

However, this is not true for the Sun14ReflectionProvider implementation.

Please can the Javadoc be updated accordingly?
