JSPs syntax error when Tomcat 6.0.18 is used

Description

Tomcat stopped to accept wrong sentences in JSPs according to JSP 2.0

Many JSPs, which I found as far: /WEB-INF/jsp/common/footer.jsp (43,102) and /WEB-INF/jsp/view/notes.jsp(86,74) have this issue.
Please fix it because it cannot work correctly.

It is in xplanner version 0.7b7a-war, I couldn't find it in above affect versions list:)

In additioan I found /WEB-INF/jsp/view/iterationStatistics.jsp (156,67) with the same problem
