The libs/runtime folder of Xfire-1.0M5 distribution needs to be polished. 1 - There are some duplicates jar, e.g. smack, smackx, xbean 2 - Do we really need all those libraries to run XFire? Maybe it would be better to include a readme.txt in the folder explaining exactly when you need a certain library and when not.
