Description

When attempting to validate an xml file containing binary64 data upon an xsd file, in some cases the binary64 data may be considered as invalid due to a bug in TextAccumulator class.
Attached is the corrected version of the class

Fixed in 4.0, 4.1 and trunk (5.0); added unit test to verify as well.
