Description

Currently Wagon SCM check in all files with a comment starting with "Wagon: ".
It's desired (and sometimes necessary with certain SCM provider settings) to configure it.
maven-release-plugin is configurable in this area.

I'm attaching a patch.

This is not an improvement. Current implementation doesn't work with SVN repositories where comment required. So its really a blocker bug.
