Description

suggested Jetty and TC depoyments are currently done on a [er-app basis. We need a per-server deployment solution, particularly for the Geronimo integration.

There has been a fair amount of discussion about this on both w & g-dev.

we could separate app session namespaces within same contextualiser-space by prefixing session name with app-id (i.e. context path for ewbapps)...
