Java Vector Graphics

The VectorGraphics package enables any Java program to export to a variety of vector graphics formats (EMF, SVG, PS, PDF ...) as well as bitmap image formats (PNG, GIF, BMP ...). Until now it is part of the FreeHEP project at slac.stanford.edu. We are at least 2 main developers in an IMO mature project. The license can be changed, we should discuss this if needed. We could stick to SVN or use e.g. Git or Mercurial. We would highly welcome the maven publishing too. We allready use JIRA (3.11 #288) at FreeHEP so maybe we can migrate this too? It would be great to hear your comment on our project. We have allready contacted some of your project owners at codehaus and they are all very happy with your service. For us it would be very handy and nice to have such an independent an powerful home base! The name of the project may be changed before we migrate. We have to discuss this with our current developers. We are not quite sure about our web presentation. If its possible we would start with your Confluence offer and maybe switch later to another web space. Something Joomla based would be me first choise if we do so.
