Postgis wizard appears to freeze loading layers

Description

When using the postgis wizard i connected to the postgis database and selected the tables that i wished to load and selected finish. The wizzard appeared to freeze and nothing appeared to happen. I was able to select more layers and the Finish button was enabled again. Once agin I selected finish and nothing happenned. Approximately ten minutes later the layers loaded after i had gone off and done other things including adding other layers to my map. The tables I attempted to load were very small.

changing to a later version because thanks to some creative lazy loading in the label decorator this issue is not a problem... But bounds do need to be lazy loading anyhow.
