perspective bar should be available

Description

It should be possible to switch between perspectives using the perspective bar.

We have been unable to resolve this isssue, research seems to indicate that this is 3.0 M2 related. For the Demo we have removed the perspective toolbar, the resulting simplification of UI (simply less ui) may be such a benifit that the perspective bar will never return.

We can consider adding the perspective bar when we have a different perspective to think about. Like maybe printing.
