WMS layer and Feature layers out of sync

Details

Description

This bug was formally known as UDIG-379 (at least I think it was).
Please compare the screen snapshot attached to this bug (showing the wms layer and both wfs & shapefile content).

Hitting refresh will fix this visual glitch.

I take it back, hitting refresh will no longer fix the issue. But as you zoom around the WMS image will squish and squash and generally change aspect ratio.

unable to reproduce - works fine in other WMS
orthoserver is down right now so I cannot test against it
