Lengthy operations : animate the icons

Description

My connection is somewhat slow.

It would be nice that lengthy operations such as WMS/WFS ones would return some feeback to the user by setting animated icons (in Catalog, Projet, Layers... tabs).

Ho, BTW, letting space every X seconds for a general window repaint would also be nice. I'm used to tab to mu other windows when downloading some WMS/WFS layers.

I could not agree more, I had the clock symbol roate for a while. It was a bit painful when using glyphs from external sources.

I can try again (perhaps the even system is doing a bit better now).
