Description

runaway background processes. It seems to have the most effect after rendering BC_borders. Doesn't seem to be the renderer, usually a decorator job comes to life after the background process stops. runaway process always stops it just doesn't seem to do anything. pausing all processing makes it stop running and when execution resumes it is does not start up again.

events were firing repeatedly starting up the decorators over and over again causing havok.
