table of context menus

Description

We need to create a table of the known context menus. We can start with documenting IResolve and Layer.

This is the technical half of all the Usability issue on context menus.

I am listing this as Critical as it prevents release of a frozen catalog .ui plugin.

Short example:

Part Name: Tasks
Registering Class: TasksView
Menu Id: org.eclipse.ui.views.TaskList
Workbench Part Id: org.eclipse.ui.views.TaskList

Any object that is part of a view is a candidate for a context menu. I've attached a list with all the ones that are available the current views.
