Unable to import WFS from CubeWerx Implementations.

Application gives no error messages or responses. WFS URLs

http://ceoware2.ccrs.nrcan.gc.ca/cubewerx/cwwfs/cubeserv.cgi?datastore=CEOWARE2&version=1.0.0&service=WFS&request=GetCapabilities

and

http://cgns.nrcan.gc.ca/wfs/cubeserv.cgi?DATASTORE=cgns&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.0.0&SERVICE=WFS

This server doesn't follow the schemas exactly ... but I am relaxing the validation too, so should parse the caps soon enough.

Both servers are not version 1.0.0 (it's 0.0.16), and appears to be based off ebRIM. I havn't seen this as a WFS profile or OGC specification, so is either unreleased or very old.

We do not intend to support this WFS instance at this time.
