Attempting to Import a Transactional WFS

When trying to import a Transactional WFS receive the error message:

"A connection to the server could not be established, please check the URL."

The WFS is a Caris Transactional WFS. Am able to retrieve the capabilities of the service when put URL into Web Browser. URL to WFS will be sent to via email to Refractions.

At first glance, it all appears correct ... but they do not quite follow the spec returning incorrect content from the getFeatures request. I will investigate some more for a simple solution.

Is this related to ~~GEOS-275~~ david? If so you could link the jira tasks and Chris would know to ask us to test.

All the servers I now have url to parse all valid content. Some of the servers though were 0.19 versions which do not conform to the WFS1.0 spec (for which the client is intended).
