Description

The packages in the jgrass tools bundle have no other dependencies then geoapi, geotools and core udig api.
An extra bundle for kml support would be easier to configure. In addition for easier configuration of end-user-products it make sense to have jgrass funtionality side by side such nice features like KML and CVS support (which have no explicit dependency to any jgrass module.

Andrea, what do you think about a license switch from GPL to LGPL 2.1? Would you as the initial contributor agree with it?

Absolutely no problem. In fact, if there are GPL leftovers, it is because I didn't notice. I would even consider to pass that code all to EPL, it might smooth transition to Eclipse Foundation. What do you think?

Within the KML bundle all headers are consistent (see pull request 112) but in the jgrass tools, where I extracted the code from are some leftovers. I guess we should address these later but we can create a task for it (independently from jgrass)
