p2 and dropins support is not working

Description

Since 1.3.1 I am no longer able to add plugins just by moving them into the plugins folder.
In fact the best way to do so, is to add them to the dropins folder. This approach is broken due to some missing plugins and configurations.

Your patch download the wrong iamgeio-ext jars; corrected it to reference 1.1.3 etc...

We are not quite there. Even if the dropins part works, I get exceptions due to missing plugins from the p2 chain. Not sure why I didn't get them before.

Jody, I don't understanfd what you mean. I didn't change the dependencies of the geospatial part. I just changed the reference to what is getting downloaded. I will check.
