double add/create feature type from catalog do not create based on the feature type

Description

  • rightclick a shapefile in the catalog
  • go under operations
  • you are presented with: "add feature tyep" and "create new feature type"

-> one should be removed + both do not propose a new layer creation based on the selected featuretype.
