Description

This is a new feature subject to the following RFC:

http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/UDIG/WMS+TileSet+Definition

The idea is to allow users to supply their own TileSet definition allowing the rendering engine to treat a traditional WMS as if it was a tile server.
