We will integrate the tools developed in the Axios community space in uDig-Platrorm.

I am very interested in uDig tools and would like to volunteer as a code reviewer when this pull request is ready. This may also be a good opportunity to add some Tool Options to the Axios tools, I am also available to help with this.
