delete vertex tool cannot handle complete inner polygons

Description

Want to delete an complete inner boundary from a polygon.
After selecting all inner boundary's vertices with Delete-Vertex-Tool and committing, the screen refreshes and renders old unchanged polygon without any Error Message.

patch takes care of holes with no coordinates, when it comes to build a new polygon - please have a look

Howto reproduce:
1) make a hole with hole-tool into polygon - commit ok
2) Select polygon with delete vertex tool.
3) delete all vertices - commit fails

@jody can you please have look at the patch. We make heavy use of DelVertex-tool and need this fix asap in a official release - hopefully udig-1.3.
