I have mostly completed this, checked in images and updated the data set we are using to Natural Earth. There are two sections which need completing: COmmunity Extensions (Merge Tools) and PostGIS datastore. The postgis part is now an extra part at the very bottom of the walkthrough as Jody points out: many people trying this are behind a firewall and dont get done due to the DB not being available.

So todo:

- Community Extension (Merge Tools - images)
- PostGIS datastore (images)

I think that those two issues do not reflect the change to palette? As such I will open a separate bug report for them.

I have gone over the docs; thanks for the great work. I will make a PDF for the website when we release a SNAPSHOT.
