Description

Following the walkthrough 2, after creating a map using wms (tasmania example), I found that the "Navigation" Menu is disable. (The navigation tools, on the toolbar, are available).

It is not a bug. If the map has the focus the Navigaiton menu is enable. Maybe, there are a desincronization between the menubar state and the menu navegation state, thus the menu bar is enable independent of who has the focus, but the navigation menu require that the map does have the focus.
