Change Coordinate System: Set focus to Search field

Description

If the user selects the "Coordinate System" button on the bottom toolbar of the Map window, a dialog appears allowing the user to select another coordinate system.

Be nice to users, set initial input focus to the Coordinate Search text input field when this dialog appears.

May want to consider changing this to a standard dialog rather then a Preferences dialog? Thoughts?

This is a short cut to the CRS page of the map properties :-)

I will see what I can do about fixing the initial focus.

Had a look; it does seem like a bother to host a PreferencePage around a CRSChooser; the CRSChooser is available on its own so perhaps we could use it on its own instead.
In anycase more then I can do right now.
