Upgrade RCP-Tutorial to 3.5.1

The RCP-Tutorial has two aims in the training course:

• demonstration of mixing uDig into your existing RCP application
• show how to use the MapViewer component
• Advanced: Explore use of tiled renderer
• Advanced: Use of a glass pane from the sea gulls tutorial...

The tutorial is made up of:

• net.refractions.udig.tutorials.rcp
• net.refractions.udig.tutorials.rcp-feature

The "feature" needs to gather up all the udig dependencies into one happy bundle for the application to run .. this needs to be updated for Eclipse 3.5.1 plugins.

Workaround - let the launch fail once, and then open up Run Configuration and hit add required plugins. We do need to add all these plugins to the feature for the release of the rcp application as a stand alone app.
