Did uDig and EPSG support polyconic projection

EPSG is just a standard and it doesn't has to do anything with the projection support kind of thing.
Anyways, Geotools doesn't have the support for Polyconic projection right now, as As Udig uses Geotools for projections, so it doesn't have either.

Polyconic projection support has been added to GeoTools (post 2.6.1 release) so I guess uDig will be able to use it sometime soon?
