Simple Style Editor panel changes its layout

Description

If you want to change the style of a shapefile and open the Style Editor:
1. first the Simple style editor have a nice look
2. press che Theme folder in the Style Editor
3. come back to the Simple

The panel of the Simple Style Editor will be completely untidy like in the attached screenshot.

I fixed this up by making the layout a vertical row layout. I also internationalized some of the remaining labels that hadn't been.
