Simple style editor controls does not adapt to foreign language labels

Description

See the attacheds screeshot, components seem to be misaligned, labels are cut. The scale ones are unusable, the only readable part just says "scale", no indication of what is the min and max one.

Fixed in udig1.2-M3.
Style Editor panel is visualized pretty also in Italian. :D
