Description

To recreate:
1. Click on "Layer" menu
2. Click "Add"
3. Select "Oracle Spacial", Next
4. Type in Host, UID, Password, database and select schema.
5. Click on "Next"
6. Resource selection screen appears with one resource check box, it reads "Unable to recognize service, choose another"
