Description

The GeoTools WFS DataStore is being extended for WFS 1.1.0 support (read-only), thus the udig plugin needs to catch up

Gabriel has done this; when a VERSION=1.1.0 is specifically provided by the user it will be used (offering read only access). If nothing is provided by the user 1.0 will be used by default (in order to offer both read and write access).

When WFS 1.1.0 DataStore support offers read/write ability we can make it the default.
