The same applies to the default feature editor tab, it seems there is no way to edit date/time information? A simple textbox with a well known date format would do, a calendar widget would be nicer, but it can be done as an impovement over the plain text one.

I tried to visualize a PostGIS layer with two dates attributes and for those columns I got this error:
The Timestamp type does not jet have an editor, please make a feature request.

So the bug is still present and valid.

I also get this message if I create a new layer with a Date attribute type, even if there is the possibility to create an attribute of date in Layer Create.
