allow Route contributions to the RouterDispatcher

Description

Currently the only way to create a Route is using the @At annotation. If you want to contribute Routes from other sources you can't.

fixes in rev r2071.

Now you can contribute your own routes without using the @At annotation

e.g:

@Contribute(RouterDispatcher.class)
public static void addRoutes(OrderedConfiguration<Route> configuration) {
	configuration.add("UnannotatedPage", new Route("/not/annotated/{0}", "subpackage/UnannotatedPage"));
}
