This is another common misconfiguration with Acegi. I think it happens when you click on your log-out link but you haven't configured it as allowed. I'd close the bug

I build, boot, run...

I killed my old browser instance...

Login page appears with logout link above right

At this point...
I enter admin/admin and logs in fine...

I guess it was development mode of using the same browser+session over and over.
