Description

It would be nice to be able to build JDom trees from stream readers, and conversely write JDom trees using stream writers.

Functionality for this has been contributed to JDom, but (AFAIK) not integrated to core JDom itself. Either way, StaxMate seems like a good place to add such functionality as well.
