      Description

      For the time being there is no way to analyse a project containing for instance some java and groovy source files in two different directories :

      My Java/Groovy project
         |
          ---- src/main/java
          ---- src/main/groovy

      With the following sonar-project.properties conf file we get an exception :

      sonar.projectKey=example
      sonar.projectName=Example
      sonar.projectVersion=1.0
      sonar.sources=src

      sonar.modules=java-module,groovy-module

      java-module.sonar.language=java
      java-module.sonar.projectBaseDir=.
      java-module.sonar.sources=src/main/java

      groovy-module.sonar.language=grvy
      groovy-module.sonar.projectBaseDir=.
      groovy-module.sonar.sources=src/main/groovy
