Enhance pom.xml reading to match cxx-maven-plugin way of declaring lifecycle (syntaxe will be easier and plugin ID will be maven compliants)

I dont understand this issue fully.
This is either obsolete or should be assigned to the directly to the cxx-maven-plugin project.
