Hi Vincent,
I suggest to not create such issues, because they doesn't have a lot of value for end users. And pretty easy to fix them.
Moreover in any case it's not a bug in plugin, but a task.

OK, I thought each commit should have a JIRA key

As you mean, I understand it's only for user attends

Is there any place to enter task ?
Is the mailing list used to coordinate developers ?

I believe that there is no need to enter task, if this task isn't bug fix, improvement or implementation of a new feature. Especially if it's code formatting or small refactoring without functional changes (doesn't affect users), which can be done in one minute and placed to svn.

Developers mailing list ( http://www.sonarsource.org/support/support/ ) used for questions, votes and so on.
