java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.codehaus.plexus.util.xml.XmlStreamReader

In order to reproduce don't use pure Java implementation for SVN.

In order to solve this problem child-first classloader should be used - see SONAR-1862, so minimal required Sonar version 2.4
