Add commit count for past periods

Description

For the usage in my company, it would be very useful to see three extra metrices:

  • number of commits in last 24h
  • number of commits in last 7 days
  • number of commits in last 3 months

This gives a nice overview, on "how active" projects are.

Ideally the periods are configurable.

And number of commits for the current version (or for each version).
It's very interesting in the test or release phase.

This feature could help find hotspots that need refactoring quickly, if put into relation with coverage/complexity/duplication etc.
This could show us where to put refactoring effort next.

Number of commits metric added in r2965, should be possible to see number of commits for predefined periods (eg. last 24h) together with new feature from Sonar 2.5 (SONAR-249).
