Support module structures of more than 2 levels

Sonargraph plugin currently supports only module structures of up to two levels.
For 3-level structures (see attachment), the aggregation of metric values to the top-level component does not exist (except for the warnings) and the Sonargraph dashboxes are not shown for the second-level.

Check if multi-level (> 2 levels) projects can be fully supported by the Sonargraph plugin.

Values for the top-level component should be correctly displayed.
