Description

Display highest rACD value on structure dashbox for overall system and local rACD on component drilldowns.

Metric is now retrieved from the Sonargraph report and saved to Sonar DB.
It is not integrated into the Sonargraph Structure dashbox, because it should resemble the dashbox of the standalone tool, where this metric is not included.
Using the "Sonar Custom Measures" dashbox, the "Relative ACD" (for child modules) or "Highest Relative ACD" (for aggregating projects) can be shown on the Sonar dashboard if required.
