Description
If "Include number of violations per rule" is checked when exporting violations to CSV, the number of violations for each rule is zero in the resulting CSV file, even for objects whose violation counts are not zero. Occurs with Java projects, not yet tested with other languages.
I've confirmed that this issue occurs with an otherwise vanilla installation of Sonar 2.13 and 2.13.1. It is not a conflict with other Sonar plugins.
