Description

On the documentation page of PHP plugin it is said to install PHPMD version 0.2.5. It seems this version is quite old and a new 1.1.0 version was released with new rules.

I have already adapted the phpmd's rules.xml and php-profile-with-pmd.xml to 1.1.0

I have added some examples too.
